摘　　要：通过在公立医院实施试点项目,探索与管理机制相结合的能源管理规范,同时融合医联体和医共体等新模式,旨在全面提升区域内公立医院后勤管理的智能化水平及能源使用的精细化管理。通过集成物联网、人工智能及5G等前沿技术,实现了对医院能源装备的全面数据采集与深度分析,构建了一套完备的医院后勤管理系统,初步完成了以市级统筹为核心的医院后勤管理运营平台的建设。By implementing pilot projects in public hospitals,explores energy management standards combined with management mechanisms and integrates new models such as medical consortiums and medical communities,aiming to comprehensively improve the level of intelligent logistics management and refined energy use in public hospitals within the region.By integrating cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and 5G,comprehensive data collection and in-depth analysis of hospital energy equipment have been achieved,constructing a complete hospital logistics management system and preliminarily completing the construction of a hospital logistics management operation platform focusing on municipal coordination.
