摘　　要：采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,回顾改革开放以来国际体育赛事提升中国城市公共文明发展的历程和主要经验。结合新时代的要求提出发展展望,即推进服务型政府建设,进一步优化赛事资源市场化配置体制机制;推动国际体育赛事生活化,促进文明礼仪与核心素养内化于人的本能;秉承可持续发展理念,推动体育赛事绿色化,提高城市生态文明水平;以智慧架构建设为抓手,以赛事治理为演练,推进城市治理体系现代化。By using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper reviews the history and main experiences of international sports events in enhancing the development of urban public civilization in China since the reform and opening up.This paper puts forward the prospect of how to promote urban public civilization by international sports events,such as promoting the construction of service-oriented government and further optimizing the system and mechanism of market-orientedallocation of event resources,promoting the daily life of international sports events and facilitatethe internalization of civilized etiquette and core literacy intohuman instincts,to promote the greening of sports events and improve the level of urban ecological civilization in adherence to the concept of sustainable development;and to use the construction of a smart architecture as a handhold,and the governance of the event as an exercise in promoting the modernization of urban governance system.
