我国高校大学生体育社团管理现状与优化策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,中国高等教育致力于促进学生全面发展,高校内学生社团如雨后春笋般涌现,成为校园文化建设的核心力量和大学生课外生活的重要组成部分,被誉为与课堂教学相辅相成的“第二课堂”。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合管理学、经营学、社会学等多学科专业知识,对当前中国高校体育社团的管理现状进行深入剖析,并针对其中存在的主要问题提出相应的对策和建议,旨在推动高校体育社团向健康、有序、科学的方向发展,为广大学子打造优质的社团环境,为高等教育事业和国家人才培养做出积极贡献。In recent years,higher education in China has been committed to promoting the comprehensive development of students,and studentassociationsin colleges anduniversities have sprung up,becoming the core force of campus cultural construction and an important component of extracurricular life for college students,which isknown as the "second classroom" that complements classroom teaching.This paper uses research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,combined with interdisciplinary knowledge such as management,operation,and sociology,to deeply analyze the current management situationof sports associationsin Chinese colleges anduniversities.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to address the main problems,aiming to promote the development of sports associationsin colleges and universities towards a healthy,orderly,and scientific direction,and create a high-quality associationenvironment for students,and makepositive contributions to higher education and national talent cultivation.
