摘　　要：新课程改革背景下,体育教育的重要性日益凸显。体育教师作为体育教育的关键角色,其专业发展与素质提升对于提高教学质量、促进学生身心健康具有至关重要的作用。新形势下,深入探索体育教师专业发展与素质提升的路径具有迫切性和重要性。基于此,该文主要分析当前体育教师专业发展和素质提升的必要性,在此基础上提出一系列促进体育教师专业发展与素质提升的可行性路径和方法,以期提升教学质量。Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the importance of physical education is becoming increasingly prominent.As thekey role of physical education,physical education teachers play a crucial role in improving teaching quality and promoting the physical and mental health of students through their professional development and quality enhancement.In the new situation,it is urgent and important to deeply explore the path of professional development and quality improvement for physical education teachers.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the necessity of the current professional development and quality improvement of physical education teachers,and proposes a series of feasible paths and methods to promote the professional development and quality improvement of physical education teachers,in order to improve the teaching quality.
