摘　　要：民族传统体育文化对全民健身计划的实施和民族文化自信的树立具有重要的促进作用。普通高校民族传统体育课程育人价值的重要体现是体育核心素养的逐步形成。基于此,该文利用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等多种研究方法,以湖北省的6所普通高校为调查对象,深入调查分析普通高校民族体育课程资源开发与利用的情况,并提出优化路径,旨在为核心素养背景下湖北省普通高校民族传统体育课程资源开发利用提供理论参考。The ethnic traditional sports culture plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the national fitness plan and the establishment of ethnic cultural confidence.The important manifestation of the educational value of traditional ethnic sports courses in ordinary colleges and universities is the gradual formation of sports core literacy.Based on this,this paper uses various research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics to conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of the development and utilization of ethnic sports curriculum resources in six ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province,and proposes optimization paths.The aim is to provide theoretical referencesfor the development and utilization of ethnic traditional sports curriculum resources in ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province under the background of core literacy.
