摘　　要：“空庭得秋长漫漫,寒露入暮愁衣单。”寒露霜降时节,自然界步入晚秋,此时天气更加干燥,随着北半球气温进一步下降,昼夜温差也显著增大,这一时期选用食药物质应注意防燥、防寒。"With the empty courtyard and the long autumn days,as Cold Dew falls and evening brings a chill to the thin clothes."Late autumn arrives,characterized by increasing dryness and a significant temperature difference between day and night.During this period,it is crucial to focus on preventing dryness and cold when selecting medicinal foods.
