摘 要:永磁轴带发电机效率高,在船舶上的应用越来越多。目前超大容量永磁轴带发电机的系统效率均是通过计算机建模和理论分析提供,没有实船测试数据的有效支撑。结合某24k TEU集装箱船成功应用的4 610 kW永磁轴带发电机的实际效率测试经验,对大功率永磁轴带发电机系统效率的测试方案进行了分析和研究,对各部分的输入、输出和消耗进行了科学的分析并逐个提出可靠的计测方案。通过对比实船效率测试结果和设备厂家理论分析数据,验证了测试方案的科学性和可靠性。With its high efficiency,the permanent magnet shaft generator is increasingly adopted on a vessel.At present,the efficiency of the large-capacity permanent magnet shaft generator system is provided by computer modeling and theoretical analysis,and there is no effective support for the actual test data on a real vessel.Based on the actual efficiency test experience of the 4610 kW permanent magnet shaft generator on a 24k TEU container vessel,the test scheme of high-power permanent magnet shaft generator system efficiency is analyzed and studied,and the inputs,outputs,and consumptions of each part are scientifically analyzed and reliable measurement schemes are proposed one by one.The comparison of the efficiency test result on the actual vessel and the theoretical analysis from the manufacturer proves that the test method discussed is scientific and reliable.
