摘  要:文中以超临界N_(2)-CO_(2)混合流体为染色介质对涤纶进行染色,通过分析不同压力、温度及N2添加量时纱线的染色效果,得到较佳的染色工艺,并测试该工艺条件下纺织品的色牢度。结果表明,较佳工艺选择为:温度120℃,压力23 MPa,保温时间60 min,N_(2)气体添加量10%;该工艺条件下,所得产品的各项色牢度均可达4~5级,产品的染色深度和颜色鲜艳度较好。Supercritical N_(2)-CO_(2)mixed fluid was used as the dyeing medium in polyester dyeing process.The dyeing effect of fabrics was analyzed by changing pressure,temperature and the proportion of N_(2) in the mixed fluid to obtain a better dyeing process,and the color fastness of textiles under this condition was tested.The results indicate the optimal process selection is:preserving heat at 120℃ for 60 minutes under 23 MPa with 10%N_(2) adding in the mixed fluid.The color fastness of the obtained product can reach level 4~5,and the dyeing depth and color brightness of the product are good.
