摘　　要：以拖拉机拨叉为研究对象,从拨叉的传统工艺加工到新工艺应用,对拨叉类零件加工进行工艺方法探索,从工艺系统分析,解决新工艺方案中存在的质量问题,最终形成批量生产,为拨叉类新工艺应用奠定良好的基础。Tractor forks were researched in this paper,the processing methods of forks from traditional technology to new technology applications was explored,the process system was analyzed,the quality problems was solved in the new process plan,and ultimately forms mass production,laying a good foundation for the application of new technology in forks.
