篮球爱好者的运动自信及体育态度对运动投入的影响研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查等方法对篮球爱好者的运动自信、体育态度和运动投入的关系进行了研究,旨在揭示参与篮球同好对普通篮球爱好者的运动自信的重要性,分析运动自信对运动投入的影响以及体育态度的中介作用,为搞活篮球同好会运营以及促进全民健身相关政策的制定提供参考。研究发现:(1)篮球爱好者的运动自信对体育态度运动投入有积极影响;(2)篮球爱好者的体育态度对运动投入有积极影响;(3)体育态度在运动自信和运动投入之间起完全中介作用。建议应配合参与观察、案例研究、德尔菲技术等多种研究方法,扩展到不同省份、地区和地域进行更加深入和多方面的研究。This article uses aquestionnaire survey method to investigate the relationship between sports confidence,sports attitude,and sports immersion among basketball enthusiasts.The aim is to reveal the importance of sports confidence among ordinary basketball enthusiasts participating in basketball fan clubs,analyze the impact of sports confidence on sports immersion,and the mediating role of sports attitude,providing references for revitalizing the operation of basketball fan clubs and promoting the formulation of policies related to national fitness.The research finds that firstly the sports confidence of basketball enthusiasts has a positive impact on their sports attitude and sports immersion.Secondly,sports attitude of basketball enthusiasts has a positive impact on sports immersion.Lastly,sports attitude plays a complete mediating role between sports confidence and sports immersion.It is suggested that multiple research methods such as participation observation,case studies,and Delphi technique should be combined to expand to different provinces,and regions for more in-depth and multifaceted research.
