摘 要:文章旨在探寻“双减”政策背景下跆拳道培训产业在原有市场面临的机遇和挑战。研究从政府、社会、学校、家庭四个方面对跆拳道培训产业进行分析,发现跆拳道培训产业发展的机遇有:(1)政府主导政策执行,跆拳道培训前路坦荡;(2)市场监管规划发展,跆拳道培训沿策发展;(3)学校延时扩大需求,跆拳道培训校馆联合;(4)家庭培养理念转变,跆拳道培训随风入户。面临的诸多挑战有:(1)政府监管厘清市场,提高跆拳道培训门槛;(2)新兴体育培训产业猛增,分流跆拳道培训生源;(3)部分学校延时单一,占用跆拳道培训课时;(4)多数家庭理念未变,限定跆拳道培训拓展。同时提出了破局之策:迎合市场监管,提高服务质量;优化教练团队,打造品牌文化;改变训练模式,拓宽训练类型;主动服务学校,校馆协同育人;多元项目联合,创新合作模式。The study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by the taekwondo training industry in the original market under the background of the"double reduction".The study analyzes taekwondo training from the four directions of government-society-school-family,and finds that the development of taekwondo training coincides with the following opportunities:(1)government-led policy implementation,taekwondo training in the future;(2)market regulation and planning development,taekwondo training along the development of the policy;(3)schools extend the time to expand the demand for taekwondo training,taekwondo training schools and museums joint;(4)families to change the cultivation of the concept of taekwondo training with the wind into the household.The many challenges are:(1)government regulation to clarify the market,raising the threshold of taekwondo training;(2)emerging sports training surge,diversion of taekwondo training students;(3)some schools extend a single time,taking up taekwondo training hours;(4)the majority of families have not yet changed the concept of limiting the expansion of taekwondo training.At the same time,it also puts forward the solutions to break the situation:To meet market supervision,improve service quality;Optimize the coach team,build brand culture;Changing the mode of training,broadening the type of training;Taking the initiative to serve the school,the school museum synergistic cultivation;multi-projects and joint,innovative mode of cooperation.
