摘　　要：文章运用调研法、文献资料法和案例分析法,从体育文化资源阅读推广现状与存在问题入手,对体育强国建设背景下图书馆体育文化资源阅读推广的时代价值和策略进行深入研究。得出:体育强国建设背景下,图书馆资源大有可为,未来需高度重视体育文化资源阅读推广工作;提升体育文化资源推广效率,拓宽体育文化资源推广渠道;创新体育文化资源推广方式。The article comprehensively uses network research,literature review,and case analysis methods to start with the current situation and existing problems of sports cultural resource reading and promotion,and conducts in-depth research on the value and strategies of library sports cultural resource reading and promotion in the context of a strong sports country.Result:In the context of a strong sports country,libraries have great potential.In the future,it is necessary to attach great importance to the reading and promotion of sports cultural resources,increase the frequency of sports cultural resource promotion,broaden the channels for sports cultural resource promotion,and innovate the methods of sports cultural resource promotion.
