摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对中小学体育教师的核心素养生态化发展路径进行探究。通过分析中小学体育教师核心素养内涵,剖析“双减”政策对其发展的影响,提出生态化发展路径,并探讨其实现机制和途径。This study explores the ecological development path of core competencies of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools through literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis.By analyzing the connotation of core competencies of physical education teachers and dissecting the impact of the"double reduction"policyon their development,this study proposes an ecological development path and discusses its mechanisms and approaches for implementation.
