摘　　要：在建筑施工中,混凝土的质量问题不仅会影响建筑物的整体外观与内部结构,还会威胁整个建筑物的安全性,缩短建筑物的使用寿命。对此,文章概括了混凝土质量通病的类型;分析了预防不同类型混凝土质量通病的具体措施;结合实际工程案例,进一步验证了预防措施的可行性,并在此基础上加以优化,更好地保障了预防措施的实用性,延长了建筑使用寿命。In construction,the quality of concrete not only affects the overall appearance and internal structure of buildings,but also threatens the safety of the entire building and shortens its service life.The article summarizes the types of common quality problems in concrete;Analyzed specific measures to prevent common quality problems of different types of concrete;By combining practical engineering cases,the feasibility of preventive measures was further verified,and based on this,optimization was carried out to better ensure the practicality of preventive measures and extend the service life of construction sites.
