高层建筑桩基工程施工技术及管理研究

摘　　要：随着经济的全面发展和城市化建设进度的加快,城市用地越来越少,城市的土地资源日益紧张。为了优化土地的使用效益并满足居民的日常生活与工作需求,高层建筑的数目与规模都在显著增长,桩基项目作为高层建筑中的重要部分,对高楼大厦的安全性与稳定性起着关键作用。基于此,文章研究了高层建筑中桩基工程的关键施工技巧,并在此基础上阐述了施工技术管理要点,以供参照。With the all-round development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization construction,urban land is becoming less and less,and urban land resources are becoming increasingly tense.In order to optimize the land use efficiency and meet the needs of residents'daily life and work,the number and scale of high-rise buildings are increasing significantly.Pile foundation project,as an important part of high-rise buildings,plays a key role in the safety and stability of high-rise buildings.Based on this,this paper studies the key construction techniques of pile foundation engineering in high-rise buildings,and on this basis,expounds the key points of construction technology management,for reference.
