摘　　要：造价管理是建筑工程施工建设中的重要管理内容。为提升建筑工程的造价管理水平,文章以建筑工程为主要研究对象,着重从成本动态控制的角度,分析了实际工程建设中的价格变动、工程量变化等因素对工程造价成本产生的影响,提出了围绕造价预算、分析制度、控制考核以及供应链建设的措施,旨在为相关工程的造价动态管理提供借鉴。Cost management is an important management content in construction engineering construction.In order to improve the cost management level of construction engineering,this paper takes construction engineering as the main research object,analyzes the impact of price changes,engineering quantity changes and other factors on the project cost in the actual project construction from the perspective of cost dynamic control,and puts forward measures around cost budget,analysis system,control assessment and supply chain construction,aiming to provide reference for the dynamic cost management of related projects.
