摘 要:文章以深圳市观澜街道某深基坑为例,对施工期间发生浸水事故的基坑进行了安全评价研究工作,同时为基坑抽排水进行了科学指导和过程跟踪,并针对性地给出了整治措施。研究结果表明,公式法与数值分析法的联合应用,对基坑安全性分析具有较高的可行性。另外,土体含水量对复合土钉墙支护体系安全系数影响显著,对桩锚支护体系安全系数影响相对较小。考虑到原有旧管线影响,旧改项目基坑支护形式应慎用复合土钉墙。Taking a deep foundation pit in Guanlan Street,Shenzhen as an example,this article conducted a safety evaluation study on the foundation pit that experienced a water immersion accident during construction.At the same time,scientific guidance and process tracking were provided for the pumping and drainage of the foundation pit,and targeted remediation measures were proposed.The research results indicate that the combined application of formula method and numerical analysis method has high feasibility for the safety analysis of foundation pits.In addition,the moisture content of the soil has a significant impact on the safety factor of the composite soil nail wall support system,and a relatively small impact on the safety factor of the pile anchor support system.considering the impact of the existing old pipelines,the form of foundation pit support for old renovation projects should be cautious with composite soil nail walls.
