摘　　要：建设项目的环境影响评价与竣工环保验收工作是确保环境可持续性的关键步骤,但在实际操作中存在协调性问题。因此,文章分析了环境影响评价与竣工环保验收中的信息不连续、监管困难和技术滞后等问题,并提出了增强监控、提高透明度和利用现代技术等解决措施,以期优化环境影响评价与竣工环保验收的效率和效果。bstract:Environmental impact assessment and completion environmental acceptance of construction projects are key steps to ensure environmental sustainability,but there are coordination issues in practical operation.Therefore,the article analyzes the problems of information discontinuity,regulatory difficulties,and technological lag in environmental impact assessment and completion environmental acceptance,and proposes solutions such as enhancing monitoring,improving transparency,and utilizing modern technology to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of environmental impact assessment and completion environmental acceptance.
