摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,建筑行业不断向数字化转型。其中,BIM技术作为一种新型的信息管理技术,被广泛地应用于建筑设计、施工以及运营等方面。文章主要从BIM技术及智能化建筑施工的基本原理展开,对BIM技术在智能化建筑施工中所发挥的作用进行了分析,为实现智能化的建筑施工提供了理论依据与实践指导。With the continuous development of information technology,the construction industry is constantly transforming towards digitalization.Among them,BIM technology,as a new type of information management technology,is widely used in architectural design,construction,and operation.The article mainly starts from the basic principles of BIM technology and intelligent building construction,analyzes the role of BIM technology in intelligent building construction,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for achieving intelligent building construction.
