基层精神病医院单病种质量控制管理现状与思考

摘　　要：目的通过某基层精神病专科医院单病种管理现状及开展情况,分析精神病专科医院开展单病种管理存在的问题,提出一些建议和措施.方法采用回顾性调查法选择某基层精神病专科医院2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日实施单病种住院的患者病历,对单病种出院患者人次、药占比、平均住院日、平均日均住院费用情况等进行分析.结果2022年-2023年单病种出院人次逐年增加,住院药占比及住院天数下降.但存在单病种上报比例小,日均费用呈上升趋势等情况.结论医院调整单病种管理规范,建立监管及考核指标,提高精神病医院单病种管理质量.Objective By examining the state of single-disease management at a primary mental hospital and its execution,this study aims to identify issues with single-disease management in psychiatric hospitals and offer solutions.Methods From January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,patients who were hospitalized in a primary psychiatric specialty hospital with single-case management had their medical records selected using a retrospective survey method.The number of patients discharged with single-case management,the ratio of medication consumption,the average length of hospital stay,and the average daily cost of hospitalization were all analyzed.Results Between 2022 and 2023,there was an annual rise in the number of single-case discharges,while the ratio of hospital days to medicine usage declined.On the other hand,there were some circumstances,such the low percentage of reports of individual cases and the upward trend in the average daily cost.Conclusion To raise the standard of single-case management in mental institutions,the hospital modified the specification and created regulatory and assessment indicators.
