摘　　要：目的探讨思维导图模式在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)护理中的应用效果.方法将湖南省人民医院新生儿科的50名护士作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法分为实验组和对照组,每组各25人,将两组护士对NRDS的认知水平、护理流程效率、护理质量进行对比.结果实验组护理人员的认知水平、流程效率、护理质量均高于对照组,组间比较,差异显著,P<0.05.结论思维导图模式能够提高护士对NRDS的认知水平,优化护理流程,提升护理质量.因此,将思维导图模式引入新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理实践中具有重要的现实意义和推广价值.Objective To explore the application effect of mind map model in the nursing of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods Fifty nurses in the department of Neonatology of our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.There were 25 nurses in each group.The cognitive level of NRDS,efficiency of nursing process and quality of nursing were compared.Results The cognitive level,process efficiency and nursing quality of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind map model can improve nurses'cognitive level of NRDS,optimize the nursing process and improve the quality of nursing.Therefore,the introduction of mind map model into the nursing practice of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome has important practical significance and promotion value.
