补肾活血法联合赛必妥对无痛人流术后预防宫腔粘连的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究补肾活血法联合赛必妥对无痛人流术后预防宫腔粘连的效果.方法选取武汉市汉口医院2020年7月-2021年12月行无痛人流术后患者110例,根据随机数字表法分为赛必妥组和补肾活血法联合赛必妥组(后续以联合组代称),每组各55例.评估两组临床疗效、临床恢复情况、血清粘连指标及术后随访1年患者的宫腔粘连情况.结果联合组的总有效率高于赛必妥组(P<0.05).联合组的子宫内膜厚度(7.98±1.27)mm、术后阴道流血量(5.45±1.08)mL、首次月经复潮时间(25.89±6.56)d、术后阴道流血持续时间(4.56±1.06)d优于赛必妥组的(5.38±1.39)mm、(7.03±2.12)mL、(28.79±7.62)d、(6.02±0.95)d(P<0.05).治疗后联合组血清FN、VEGF、LN水平(15.02±2.61)ng/mL、(110.78±4.85)pg/mL、(104.32±7.35)pg/mL低于赛必妥组的(22.63±3.69)ng/mL、(123.97±3.58)pg/mL、(123.84±14.52)pg/mL(P<0.05).联合组的宫腔粘连发生率低于赛必妥组(P<0.05).结论补肾活血法联合赛必妥对无痛人流术后预防宫腔粘连的效果较好,可改善患者的宫腔粘连情况,促进患者机体恢复,调节机体内血清FN、VEGF、LN水平.Objective To explore the effect of the combination of kidney tonifying and blood activating method with Saibituo on preventing intrauterine adhesions after painless abortion.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent painless abortion in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups based on a random number table:the Saibituo group and the kidney tonifying and blood activating therapy combined Saibituo group(later referred to as the combined group),with 55 cases in each group.Evaluate the clinical efficacy,clinical recovery,serum adhesion indicators,and uterine adhesion status of two groups of patients followed up for 1 year after surgery.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the Saibituo group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness,postoperative vaginal bleeding volume,first menstrual cycle recovery time,and postoperative vaginal bleeding duration of the combined group(7.98±1.27)mm,(5.45±1.08)mL,(25.89±6.56)d,(4.56±1.06)d were better than those of the Saibituo group(5.38±1.39)mm,(7.03±2.12)mL,(28.79±7.62)d,(6.02±0.95)d(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of FN,VEGF,and LN in the combined group(15.02±2.61)ng/mL,(110.78±4.85)pg/mL,(104.32±7.35)pg/mL were lower than those in the Saibituo group(22.63±3.69)ng/mL,(123.97±3.58)pg/mL,(123.84±14.52)pg/mL(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the combined group was lower than that in the Saibituo group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of kidney tonifying and blood activating therapy and Saibituo has a good effect on preventing intrauterine adhesions after painless abortion.It can improve the condition of intrauterine adhesions in patients,promote their recovery,and regulate the levels of serum FN,VEGF,and LN in the body.
