摘　　要：目的探讨加味拔毒散联合红外偏振光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响.方法从赣州市皮肤病医院于2021年12月-2022年12月收治的带状疱疹患者当中抽取100例作为临床研究对象.随机分组并予以不同的治疗方案:对照组50例,单纯采用西药进行治疗;实验组50例,在对照组的基础上采用加味拔毒散贴敷和红外偏振光照射疗法.比较两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后疱疹情况、VAS评分、改良Scorad评分、DLQI评分、后遗神经痛发生率及不良反应发生情况.结果实验组患者的症状消失时间明显短于对照组,疼痛缓解程度高于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,生活质量改善优于对照组,后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组,结果对比,差异显著(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论加味拔毒散联合红外偏振光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效良好,不良反应少,值得推广使用.Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Badu powder combined with infrared polarized light in the treatment of herpes zoster and its influence on quality of life.Methods 100 cases of patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as clinical subjects.They were randomly divided and given different treatment plans:control group 50 cases were treated with western medicine alone;in the experimental group,50 cases were treated with modified Jiawei Badu powder and infrared polarized light irradiation on the basis of control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared,and the herpes situation,VAS score,modified Scorad score,DLQI score,the incidence of residual neuralgia and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The symptom disappearance time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the degree of pain relief was higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the improvement of quality of life was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of posthumous neuralgia was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Badu powder combined with infrared polarized light has good clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions in the treatment of herpes zoster.
