养生抗疲膏联合平衡火罐治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨养生抗疲膏联合平衡火罐治疗在慢性疲劳综合征患者中的疗效.方法此次研究共纳入60例慢性疲劳综合征患者,选例时间为2022年7月-2023年6月,将研究对象分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),以随机数字表法为分组依据.对照组给予平衡火罐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合养生抗疲膏治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月,对比两组各项观察指标.结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率更高,治疗后两组FS-14积分、中医证候积分、SAS、SDS、PSQI评分相比于治疗前均降低,观察组更低,与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血清IgM、IgA、IgG水平均升高,组间比较,观察组更高,P<0.05,提示两组差异显著.结论养生抗疲膏联合平衡火罐治疗慢性疲劳综合征能够有效缓解患者临床症状,调节其心理状态及免疫功能,提升睡眠质量,临床疗效较为明显且安全性较好.Objective To investigate the efficacy of health anti-fatigue ointment combined with balanced cupping in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were included in this study,and the case selection was from July 2022 to June 2023,and the subjects were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with balanced cupping,and the observation group was treated with health and anti-fatigue ointment on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated continuously for 1 month,and the observation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher after treatment,and the scores of FS-14 score,TCM syndrome score,SAS,SDS,and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG in the two groups were higher after treatment,and higher than those in the observation group,P<0.05,suggested that there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of health and anti-fatigue ointment combined with balanced cupping in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,regulate their psychological state and immune function,and improve sleep quality.
