血涂片分析在血常规检验中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析在血常规检验中应用血涂片分析的效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年9月于东营市东营区人民医院住院治疗的200例患者为研究对象,获取患者4 mL血液,分别采用血液细胞分析仪与血涂片分析进行检验。比较两种检验方法的血细胞形态异常检出率及检验消耗时间。结果血涂片分析的血细胞形态异常检出率为26.0%,高于全自动血液细胞分析仪的9.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.017,P<0.05)。全自动血液细胞分析仪的检验消耗时间短于血涂片分析,差异有统计学意义(t=198.832,P<0.05)。结论在血常规检验中应用血涂片分析有着极为确切的作用,可以有效弥补血液分析仪在血常规检验中存在的不足,避免发生不必要的误差,这样就可以很好地防止发生误诊与漏诊的问题。但是,血涂片分析所需要耗费的检验时间较长,全自动血液细胞分析仪通常在2 min左右即可以获取检验结果,而血涂片分析则需要消耗30 min左右。所以,需要根据患者的实际情况,充分考虑患者的病情,选择合适的检验方式,这样才可以更好的完成对患者的检验工作。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of applying blood smear analysis in routine blood test.Methods A total of 200 patients who were hospitalized in Dongying City Dongying District People's Hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and 4 mL of blood was obtained,which were tested by blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis respectively.The detection rate of abnormal blood cell morphology and the time consumed were compared between the two methods.Results The detection rate of abnormal blood cell morphology blood smear analysis was 26.0%,which was significantly higher than 9.0%of the automatic blood cell analyzer,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.017,P<0.05).The test time of automatic blood cell analyzer was shorten than that of blood smear analysis,and the difference was statistically significant(t=198.832,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood smear analysis in blood routine test had a very precise role,which could effectively make up for the deficiencies of blood analyzer in blood routine test and avoid unnecessary errors,so as to prevent the problems of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.However,blood smear analysis took a long time.The automatic blood cell analyzer could usually obtain the test results in about 2 minutes,while blood smear analysis took about 30 minutes.Therefore,it was necessary to fully consider the patient's condition and select the appropriate test method according to the actual situation of the patient,so as to better complete the test work of the patient.
