产后健康教育在母婴护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对产后健康教育在母婴护理中的应用效果进行探讨,分析合适的产后教育策略,提高母婴护理质量。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月天津市和平区南市街社区卫生服务中心随访指导的产妇100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予产后健康教育。比较两组产妇健康知识评分、自我护理能力优良率。结果观察组健康知识各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我护理能力优良率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.3056,P<0.05)。结论产后健康教育在母婴护理中应用可优化传统护理手段,加强健康教育力度,对产后母婴相关的注意事项进行有效讲解,可以有效提升产妇个人自我护理能力,促使产妇自行完成自我护理管理,促进产后恢复,强化健康知识掌握度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of postpartum health education in maternal and infant nursing,to analyze appropriate postpartum education strategies,and strengthen the quality of maternal and infant nursing.Methods A total of 100 postpartum women received follow-up guidance in Tianjin Heping District Nanshijie Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received postpartum health education.The scores of postpartum health knowledge and the excellent rate of self-care ability of postpartum women between two group were compared.Results The scores of various health knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of self-care ability in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group with 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.3056,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum health education in maternal and infant nursing,could optimize traditional nursing methods,strengthen health education efforts,and effectively explain the matters needing attention related to postpartum mother and infant,this could effectively enhance the personal self-care ability of postpartum women,encourage them to complete self-care management,promote postpartum recovery,strengthen their mastery of health knowledge,and was worth promoting and applying in clinical pratice.
