环磷腺苷联合破格救心汤加味治疗心力衰竭30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨环磷腺苷联合破格救心汤加味治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择2022年3月-2023年10月收治的心力衰竭患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予环磷腺苷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用破格救心汤加味治疗,持续治疗2周后比较两组的临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清学指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组各项中医症候积分较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未在治疗期间出现不良反应。结论:环磷腺苷联合破格救心汤加味治疗心力衰竭,能够降低BNP和cTnI水平,有效改善患者胸闷、心悸等临床症状,提高整体治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cyclic adenosine with Poge Jiuxin decoction in heart failure.Methods:All 60 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with cyclophosphoadenosine,and the observation group was treated by the control group with Poge Jiuxin decoction.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and troponin I(cTnI)in both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of heart failure with cyclophosphoradenosine with Poge Jiuxin decoction can reduce BNP and cTnI levels,effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as chest tightness and palpitations,and improve the overall treatment effect.
