摘　　要：目的:探讨1例全胰腺切除术联合肠系膜上动、静脉切除重建围术期护理效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年7月诊治的1例肠系膜上动、静脉受累的胰腺癌患者的护理经过,总结护理措施及效果。结果:经过术前采用叙事护理方法,有效减轻了患者的心理压力和身体不适;术中注重患者安全及团队配合,缩短了手术操作时间;术后注重并发症的预防、引流管的护理及血糖的监测,帮助患者尽早恢复各种生理功能。经过22 d的治疗和护理,患者康复出院。结论:胰腺癌患者应重视心理护理及并发症的预防,根据患者的病情制订精准护理方案,促进患者康复,降低并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the nursing impact on perioperative patients undergoing total pancreas combined with superior mesenteric artery and vein resection and reconstruction in 1 patient.Methods:The nursing process of a pancreatic cancer patient with superior mesenteric artery and vein involvement,diagnosed and treated in July,2021,was retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing measures and effects.Results:Narrative nursing method was employed preoperatively to effectively alleviate psychological pressure and physical discomfort in patients.Emphasis was placed on patient safety and team cooperation during the operation to reduce surgical time;prevention of complications,care of drainage tubes,and monitoring of blood glucose were prioritized to expedite recovery of various physiological functions.After 22 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's symptoms improved,leading to discharge from the hospital.Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer should receive psychological support as well as comprehensive personalized care plans tailored to their condition in order to promote recovery while reducing complication rates.
