摘　　要：放射性颌骨骨髓炎是口腔颌面-头颈部恶性肿瘤经过放射治疗较易出现且最严重的一种并发症,对正常口腔颌面部软硬组织会造成不可逆的损害。目前对放射性颌骨骨髓炎并无特效治疗方式,一般以保守治疗或手术治疗为主,中医药治疗副作用相对较低。该文章通过整理和总结中西医文献资料,从目前西医治疗方式、中医分期论治、中药内外合治、中西医结合治疗防治放射性颌骨骨髓炎的进展加以论述。Radiation maxillary osteomyelitis is one of the most serious complications of oral maxillofacial-head and neck malignant tumors after radiotherapy.It can cause irreversible damage to the normal soft and hard tissues of oral and maxillofacial region.At present,there is no specific treatment for radiation jaw osteomyelitis,generally conservative treatment or surgical treatment.The side effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment are relatively low.This article discusses the progress of western medicine treatment,staging treatment,internal and external treatment,combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and treatment of radiation jaw osteomyelitis.
