从肝脾论治儿童免疫性血小板减少症

摘　　要：儿童免疫性血小板减少症为发生于儿童期以孤立性血小板计数减少为主要特点的出血性疾病。该病病因不明,现西医临床用药常受扰于个体差异,患儿难获佳效,因需长期用药,药物不良反应亦多。今基于“邪之所凑,其气必虚”理论,循传统医学之法,遣方用药,治疗以正虚为本,标实为次,病位从脾、肝入手,多以肝经郁火,乘于脾土论治,方常为泻黄散加减。以验案一则,示其拟方用药、更方施治之工巧,便于同道间学习交流,领会谨守病机,辨证施治之真谛。Immune thrombocytopenia in children is a bleeding disease that occurs in childhood with isolated platelet count decrease as the main feature,the cause is difficult to identify,the clinical use of Western medicine is often disturbed by individual differences,and it is difficult for children to obtain good curative effect,and due to the need for long-term medication,there are many adverse drug reactions.Today,based on the theories contained in the“where evil is made,its qi must be empty”,according to the method of traditional medicine,prescription and medication,treatment is based on the theory“lack of healthy qi is the essence,excessive superficial is secondary”,the disease position starts from the spleen and liver,and Mostly with liver meridian fire,overcome the spleen soil on treatment.The therapeutic method is Xiehuang powder modified treatment,and now it examines a case to show his skillfulness in formulating medication and more prescription treatment,so as to facilitate learning and communication among fellow practitioners,understand the mechanism of guarding the disease,and distinguish the true meaning of treatment.
