西替利嗪联合穴位自血疗法治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察及分析西替利嗪联合穴位自血疗法治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对血清IgE、C3、C4的影响。方法:在我科就诊的血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者中选取60例,随机分成两组,将常规西替利嗪治疗给予对照组,观察组在其基础上加穴位自血疗法。评定两组治疗前后1周荨麻疹活动度(UAS7)评分及检测治疗前后血清IgE、C3、C4水平,并比较两组临床疗效及3个月时进行随访比较两组复发率。结果:经治疗,两组UAS7评分及血清IgE、C3、C4水平均较同组治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后UAS7评分及血清IgE、C3、C4水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组有效率为96.67%,高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。治疗疗程结束后3个月进行随访,观察组复发率(6.90%)低于对照组(41.67%)。结论:西替利嗪联合穴位自血疗法能调整IgE、C3、C4水平,疗效确切,复发率低,值得在临床中推广。Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of cetirizine combined with acupoint autologous blood therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness,as well as its effects on serum IgE,C3,and C4.Methods Sixty Patients with chronic urticaria of Blood Deficiency and Wind-Dryness Type were randomly assigned into an abservation group and a control group,30 cases in each one.Autohemotherapy Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets were used in the observation group,Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets was used in control group.UAS7 sore and IgE、C3、C4 were tested before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy.And the recurrence were observed.Results The UAS7 sore and IgE、C3、C4 were were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the observation group(6.90%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(41.67%).Conclusion The combination of cetirizine and acupoint autologous blood therapy can adjust the levels of IgE,C3,and C4,with definite efficacy and low recurrence rate,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
