摘 要:成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)与破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)作为骨骼系统两种重要的细胞,相互协调共同维持骨平衡。骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种骨平衡遭到破坏的全身代谢性骨病,由成骨细胞介导的骨形成减弱和破骨细胞介导的骨吸收加强。线粒体作为细胞能量代谢的中枢,在细胞促成骨方面发挥至关重要的作用。近年来发现线粒体能量代谢促成骨作用与中医“脾肾相关”理论存在一定相关性,本文将围绕线粒体能量代谢促成骨作用发生机制探讨与中医脾肾理论的相关性,以期为防治骨质疏松症提供新的思路。Osteoblasts(OB)and osteoclasts(OC),as two important cells in the skeletal system,coordinate with each other to maintain bone balance.Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic metabolic bone disease in which bone balance is disrupted,with weakened bone formation mediated by osteoblasts and enhanced bone resorption mediated by osteoclasts.Mitochondria,as the center of cellular energy metabolism,plays a crucial role in promoting bone formation in cells.In recent years,it has been found that there is a certain correlation between mitochondrial energy metabolism promoting bone function and the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"spleen kidney correlation".This article will explore the correlation between mitochondrial energy metabolism promoting bone function and the traditional Chinese medicine theory of spleen kidney.To provide new ideas for preventing and treating osteoporosis.
