摘 要:为减少重整装置生产中因氯化物引入带来的影响,以分子筛和碱金属氧化物为主要成分,采用“一锅法”制备出低温高效液相重整生成油脱氯剂,考察了该脱氯剂性能的影响因素,并在工业装置进行了脱氯效果评价。结果表明:该脱氯剂的抗压强度为77 N/cm,氯容大于20%,水浸泡24 h后无泥化现象发生;在反应温度为5~40℃,吸附压力为0.3~1.8 MPa,质量空速为0.9~11.7 h^(-1)的条件下,所制备的脱氯剂脱氯性能良好,脱后油品含氯量小于0.5μg/g;在工业侧线进料量为5~9 L/h,质量空速为3.3 h^(-1),反应温度为30~40℃,吸附压力为1.8 MPa的条件下,累计运行260 d,脱后重整油含氯量低于1.0μg/g,所制脱氯剂与进口脱氯剂的脱氯效果相当,满足工业装置脱氯剂的使用要求。In order to reduce the impact of chloride introduction in the production of reforming units,a low-temperature and high-efficiency liquid-phase reformed oil dechlorination agent was prepared using a"one pot method"with molecular sieves and alkali metal oxides as the main components.The influence factors of the performance of the dechlorination agent were investigated,and the dechlorination effect was evaluated in an industrial unit.The results showed that the compressive strength of the dechlorination agent was 77 N/cm,the chlorine capacity was greater than 20%,and there was no mud phenomenon after soaking in water for 24 h.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 5-40℃,adsorption pressure of 0.3-1.8 MPa,and mass space velocity of 0.9-11.7 h^(-1),the prepared dechlorination agent had good dechlorination performance,and the chlorine content of the dechlorinated oil was less than 0.5μg/g.Under the conditions of industrial feed rate of 5-9 L/h,mass space velocity of 3.3 h^(-1),reaction temperature of 30-40℃,and adsorption pressure of 1.8 MPa,after cumulative operation of 260 d,the chlorine content of reformed oil was less than 1.0μg/g.The dechlorination effect of the produced dechlorination agent was comparable to that of imported dechlorination agents,meeting the requirements for the use of dechlorination agents in industrial unit.
