摘 要:以催化裂化回炼油为原料,先采用糠醛抽提工艺分离得到富含芳烃的抽出油,再通过釜式焦化工艺制备针状焦,并对针状焦的组织结构和抗压碎强度进行分析。结果表明:一次糠醛抽提所得抽出油中3~5环芳烃总质量分数为48.7%,相比于抽提前有所增加;二次糠醛抽提所得抽出油中残炭质量分数为3.3%,3~5环芳烃总质量分数为61.4%,均符合针状焦原料指标要求;以脱固油浆为原料制备的针状焦收率最高,为56.42%;以二次糠醛抽提抽出油为原料制备的针状焦收率为46.28%,满足锂离子电池负极材料使用要求,并且组织结构中镶嵌结构明显减少,流域结构尺寸大,纤维结构占比高,综合性质更佳。Using fluid catalytic cracking recycle oil as raw materials,the extracted oil rich in aromatics was separated using furfural extraction process,and then used as raw material to prepare needle coke through kettle coking process,and the microstructure and crushing strength of needle coke were analyzed.The results showed that the total mass fraction of three,four,and five ring aromatic hydrocarbons in the extracted oil obtained from a single furfural extraction was 48.7%,which increased compared to the earlier extraction.The residual carbon mass fraction in the extracted oil obtained from secondary furfural extraction was 3.3%,and the total mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons in the three,four,and five rings was 61.4%,all of which met the requirements of needle coke raw material indicators.The needle coke prepared from desorbed oil slurry had the highest yield of 56.42%.The yield of needle coke prepared from secondary furfural extraction oil as raw material was 46.28%,which met the requirements of negative electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries.The embedded structure in the microstructure was significantly reduced,the domain structure size was large,the fiber quality was high,and the properties were better.
