巴渝濒危碉楼民居建筑保护再生活化利用研究——以重庆巴南石龙杨氏碉楼为例

摘　　要：巴南杨氏碉楼群是西南地区巴渝特色夯土碉楼民居代表,作为重庆最大的碉楼庄园建筑,是研究巴渝地区近代社会、经济、文化、建筑民俗的重要载体。鉴于此前相关文献对其语焉不详,现当代研究也少有涉猎,其重要的历史文化价值没有得到彰显,该文试图从巴南杨氏碉楼群的建筑特征出发,通过对当地人文、自然以及地理环境的梳理,探究其建筑的文化特征,展现其独特的魅力。借助文献查阅、调研测绘分析其建筑结构、艺术特征以及经济文化背景,并借鉴成熟的建筑改造经验,为未来实施保护再生提供可供参考的理论依据。对于活化利用,研究提出保护规划、文化宣传与实施方案,结合新技术修复,推进乡村旅游,传承区域文化内涵。依据良好的生态开发民宿和美食等乡村旅游产业,盘活闲置资源,守住历史文脉,推动乡村手工艺传承的同时,融入新技术与新形态,探索数字赋能,打造独特IP,通过公共艺术更新空间功能。The Yang Family's Watchtowers in Banan District represent the rammed earth watchtowers with Bayu characteristics in the southwestern region of China.As the largest watchtower manor complex in Chongqing,they serve as an important carrier for studying modern society,economy,culture,and architectural folklore in the Bayu area.Given the lack of detailed documentation in previous literature and limited contemporary research,their significant historical and cultural value remains unrecognized.This paper endeavors to explore the cultural characteristics and unique charm of these watchtowers by examining their architectural features and contextualizing them within the local humanities,nature,and geography.Through literature review,field research,surveying,and mapping,the paper analyzes their architectural structures,artistic features,and economic-cultural backgrounds,drawing on established experiences in architectural renovation to provide a theoretical basis for future conservation and revitalization efforts.Regarding revitalization and utilization,the study proposes conservation plans,cultural promotion strategies,and implementation schemes,advocating for the use of new technologies for restoration,promoting rural tourism,and preserving regional cultural connotations.By leveraging favorable ecological conditions to develop rural tourism industries such as homestays and cuisine,the study aims to revitalize idle resources,safeguard historical heritage,and promote rural handicraft traditions while integrating new technologies and forms.It also explores digital empowerment,creating unique IPs,and updating spatial functions through public art.
