社会资本嵌入乡村旅游市场的空间建设与乡村治理研究——以重庆市Z县为例

摘　　要：社会资本嵌入乡村旅游市场时,关系嵌入程度影响乡村旅游可持续发展,空间嵌入方式影响乡村人居环境提升,因此,乡村治理要综合评判其经济价值和空间价值。基于对重庆市Z县7个乡镇19个村的乡村建设调查,得出四种典型嵌入模式,结合具体案例分析发现:社会资本嵌入乡村旅游市场时,其空间嵌入方式和关系嵌入程度具有一定的对应关系。并提出以下建议:(1)乡村治理应积极促进社会资本通过“空间强嵌入”和“关系强嵌入”的方式融入乡村旅游市场,避免因“空间嵌入不足”而导致“关系嵌入不足”;(2)村集体应当好社会资本和村民之间的中间人,避免关系嵌入过度,从而实现更好的共同发展。When social capital is embedded in rural tourism markets,the degree of relational embedding affects the sustainable development of rural tourism,while the mode of spatial embedding influences the improvement of rural human settlements.Therefore,rural governance must comprehensively evaluate its economic and spatial values.Based on a survey of rural construction in 19 villages across 7 townships in County Z,Chongqing,this paper identifies four typical embedding patterns.Through specific case analyses,it is found that when social capital is embedded in rural tourism markets,there exists a certain correspondence between the mode of spatial embedding and the degree of relational embedding.The following suggestions are proposed:(1)Rural governance should actively promote the integration of social capital into rural tourism markets through"strong spatial embedding"and"strong relational embedding"to avoid"insufficient relational embedding"caused by"insufficient spatial embedding";(2)Village collectives should act as intermediaries between social capital and villagers to prevent excessive relational embedding,thereby achieving better mutual development.
