摘 要:针对钻孔灌注桩斜桩由于孔的轴线与自由落体方向不一致而导致混凝土灌注时容易出现的灌注导管挂牢钢筋笼、混凝土骨料向桩倾斜方向聚集、出料口与导管之间连接等影响混凝土灌注质量和施工的问题,该文结合温州某大型码头钻孔灌注桩斜桩工程,详细分析了由于上述问题容易产生的质量事故原因,全面介绍了清除这些质量事故隐患的措施,阐明了预防质量事故具体的做法及控制节点,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。Addressing the challenges in concrete pouring for inclined bored piles,where the axis of the hole does not align with the direction of free fall,leading to issues such as the pouring tremie getting stuck on the reinforcement cage,the tendency of concrete aggregates to accumulate towards the inclined direction of the pile,and connection issues between the discharge outlet and the tremie,which can compromise the quality of concrete pouring and the construction process.Based on the inclined bored pile project of a large wharf in Wenzhou,this paper delves into the root causes of potential quality accidents arising from these issues.It comprehensively outlines measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of these quality accidents,clarifies specific practices and control points for preventing quality accidents,and provides valuable insights for similar engineering projects.
