摘　　要：根据国家可持续发展的战略需求,发展装配式技术已势在必行。然而当前装配式混凝土结构施工过程中,还存在连接质量差、结构稳定性不足等质量问题。为保障工程质量,对具有区域特色的装配式建筑行业发展进行规范。该文主要研究了重庆市装配式建筑及其检测技术现有检测项目、参数及对应的检测方法,对钢筋套筒灌浆连接灌浆饱满性、外墙板接缝防水性能进行验证性试验,并提出具有区域特色的检测方法。In line with the national strategic demand for sustainable development,the development of prefabricated technology has become imperative.However,during the construction process of prefabricated concrete structures,quality issues such as poor connection quality and insufficient structural stability still exist.To ensure project quality,it is necessary to standardize the development of the prefabricated construction industry with regional characteristics.This paper primarily investigates the existing inspection items,parameters,and corresponding detection methods for prefabricated buildings and their inspection technologies in Chongqing City.It conducts confirmatory tests on the grouting fullness of steel sleeve grouting connections and the waterproof performance of exterior wall panel joints,and proposes inspection methods with regional characteristics.
