摘 要:本试验旨在优选双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺,为双葛止泻颗粒研制与产业化提供理论依据。以浸膏的相对密度、进风温度、输液频率和雾化压力为考察因素,以合格颗粒的收率和休止角为综合评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法,对双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺进行优化,并进行三批工艺验证。结果显示,最优制粒参数为:浸膏的相对密度为1.20(70℃),进风温度为70℃,输液频率为4 Hz,雾化压力为0.15 MPa。结果表明,优选的双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺稳定,重复性好,可用于工业化生产。In order to optimize the one-step granulation process of Shuangge Zhixie granules and provide a theoretical basis for the production process of Shuangge Zhixie granules.This study utilized the ratio of qualified granules and angle of repose as evaluation indexes,designed L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experiment with four factors of relative density of liquids,inlet-air temperature,infusion frequency,and spray pressure of the extract are considered factors as evaluation indexes,with three parallel validation tests being conducted.The results showed that the optimum granulating parameters were as follows:the relative density of liquids was 1.20(70℃),the inlet-air temperature was 70℃,the infusion frequency was 4 Hz,and the spray pressure of the extract was 0.15 MPa.Thus,the optimized one-step granulating process of Shuangge Zhixie granules is stable,reproducible,and applicable for industrial production.
