摘 要:因氢氟酸烷基化装置的介质特性,装置运行风险不断增加,实施完整性评价对于提高管理水平、减少装置安全隐患至关重要。本文从危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)、静设备基于风险的检验(RBI)评估、动设备以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)三个技术方面实施完整性评价,并引入最大可信事故后果分析,提出基于数据驱动的动设备故障模式库构建方法,融合设备检维修记录和故障诊断数据研判设备故障模式,以此建立了一套完整性评价技术框架。Due to the characteristics of hydrofluoric acid media,the risk of plant operation is increasing,and the implementation of integrity evaluation is very important to improve the management level and reduce the hidden dangers of device safety.In this paper,the integrity evaluation was implemented from three technical aspects such as the hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP),static equipment risk-based inspection(RBI)assessment,dynamic equipment reliability-centric maintenance(RCM),the largest trusted accident consequences analysis was introduced,data-driven dynamic equipment failure model library construction methods were proposed,the equipment failure mode was determined by integrating inspection and maintenance records and fault diagnosis data,a set of integrity evaluation technical framework was established.
