摘　　要：城乡区域协调发展是实现共同富裕的必然要求。本文基于我国2007-2022年31个省市的面板数据,利用面板回归模型、中介效应模型及门槛效应模型,实证分析了农业保险对城乡收入不平等的影响。研究发现:第一,农业保险在缓解城乡收入不平等方面具有显著作用,这一作用在西部地区尤为突出;第二,农业保险通过推动农业规模经营水平降低城乡收入不平等;第三,农业保险对城乡收入不平等的影响受到农业规模经营的单一门槛效应制约,跨过门槛值后,农业保险对城乡收入不平等的边际影响呈现递减趋势。因此,政府应加大农业保险补贴力度、建立多层次农业保险保障体系、增强农业规模经营的积极性,从而降低城乡收入不平等,实现共同富裕。Narrowing the urban-rural income inequality is an inevitable requirement for achieving common prosperity.Based on panel data from 31 provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2022,this paper constructs panel regression models,mediation effect models,and threshold effect models to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural insurance on urban-rural income inequality.The study finds that:First,agricultural insurance significantly mitigates urban-rural income inequality,and its inhibitory effect is more prominent in the western region.Second,agricultural insurance reduces urban-rural income inequality by promoting the level of agricultural scale operation.Third,the impact of agricultural insurance on urban-rural income inequality is constrained by the single threshold effect of agricultural scale operation.After crossing the threshold,the marginal impact of agricultural insurance on urban-rural income inequality shows a decreasing trend.Finally,efforts should be made to increase agricultural insurance subsidies,establishing a multi-level agricultural insurance security system,and enhancing the enthusiasm for agricultural scale operation,thereby reducing urban-rural income inequality and achieving common prosperity.
