档案工作团体标准发展探析

摘　　要：完善档案标准体系是档案事业发展的重要内容。档案工作团体标准作为档案标准体系中最具有活力和创新性的部分,是档案工作规范化的重要方面,也是提升档案治理效能的重要抓手。本文系统梳理了在全国团体标准信息平台公布的档案工作团体标准情况,结合档案工作和团体标准特点,分析档案工作团体标准在业务活动支撑、标准研制主体和制定过程、标准制定主体等方面存在的问题,从扩展标准覆盖面、提升标准质量两个角度,提出档案工作团体标准发展建议。Perfecting the archival standards system is an important aspect of the development of the cause of archives.As the most dynamic and innovative part of the archival standards system,association standards for archives work are a significant aspect of archives work normalization and also a key starting point to enhance the efficiency of archives governance.This paper systematically sorts out the association standards for archives work published on the national platform for association standards information.Based on the characteristics of archives work and association standards,this paper analyzes the problems of association standards for archives work,which exist in the support of business activities,the main body and process of standards development,and the main body of standards formulation.From the perspectives of expanding the coverage of standards and improving the quality of standards,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of association standards for archives work.
