摘　　要：北京市以满足都市型现代农业发展为目标,以新质生产力夯实农业基础,以农业生产全要素生产率大幅提升为核心,建成突出质量安全和绿色发展的现代农业标准体系。在作物种子、畜禽种源、农业现代化设施设备、数字农业等驱动乡村振兴的关键着力点均建立高质量标准体系,充分发挥新质生产力在促进农业产业融合中的作用。本文在现代农业高质量发展背景下,对北京市高质量标准体系建设进行研究应用,总结了北京市农业标准化的实践进展,分析了存在的问题,并对推进北京市都市型现代农业的标准化模式进行了思考。Beijing aims to satisfy the development of modern urban agriculture,solidifying its agricultural base with new productive forces and significantly enhancing the overall productivity of agricultural production.The city has established a modern agricultural standard system that emphasizes quality safety and green development.High-quality standard systems have been developed in key areas driving rural revitalization,such as crop seeds,livestock and poultry genetic resources,advanced agricultural facilities and equipment,and digital agriculture,fully leveraging the role of new productive forces to promote the integration of agricultural industries.This paper studies and applies the construction of Beijing's high-standard system within the context of high-quality modern agricultural development,summarizes the practical progress of agricultural standardization in Beijing,analyzes current issues,and contemplates the standardization models for furthering modern urban agriculture in Beijing.
