摘　　要：目前,我国消费类电子电器产销规模均居世界第一,因其涉及国民健康安全,被其余RCEP成员国所关注。本文选取消费类电子电器产品的代表——智能手机、笔记本电脑和彩色电视机作为案例深度分析,研究RCEP成员国消费类电子电器代表产品安全认证与安全标准,提出应对RCEP国家有关消费类电子电器产品技术性贸易措施的建议,旨在帮助我国消费类电子电器产品生产企业了解目的地国家最新法规要求,规避出口风险。At present,the scale of production and sales of China’s consumer electronic and electrical products rank the first in the world.Because these products involve people’s health and safety,it is concerned by other RCEP member states.This paper selects the representatives of consumer electronics products,smart phones,laptops,and color TV sets,as the benchmark for indepth case analysis to research the product safety certification and safety standards of RCEP members.Secondly,this paper proposes suggestions on technical measures to trade for consumer electronics and electrical products in RCEP countries,aiming to help our consumer electronics products production enterprises to understand the latest regulations and requirements of the destination country to avoid export risk.
