安全科学与工程学科体系下铁路安全方向建设探析

摘　　要：为促进铁路安全科学理论与实践的发展,以安全学科科学体系为指导,研究铁路安全方向的学科定位、内涵、研究对象与内容体系等学科基本问题。首先,围绕铁路安全方向,分析安全学科与土木工程、交通运输工程学科的交叉与区别,指出铁路安全方向是以实现铁路系统全生命周期本质安全为根本目标的行业安全类交叉综合学科;其次,阐释其学科内涵、知识基础与学科属性,并系统梳理研究对象与内容体系;最后,从铁路安全科学结构化知识体系、铁路系统安全科技体系、安全科学与铁路新技术交叉融合3个方面提出发展建议。To promote the development of railway safety science theory and practice,based on the scientific system of safety discipline,this study explored the discipline positioning,connotation,research object and content system in the direction of railway safety sub-discipline.First,regarding the railway safety discipline,this study analyzed the main intersections and differences between safety,civil engineering and transportation engineering disciplines;and then indicated that this sub-discipline direction is an interdisciplinary and comprehensive discipline with the fundamental goal of achieving intrinsic safety throughout the entire lifecycle of the railway system.Second,the basic issues such as the disciplinary connotation,knowledge foundation,and disciplinary attributes of the railway safety sub-discipline direction were analyzed.Moreover,the research objects and content system of this sub-discipline direction were systematically studied.Finally,the development advices for this sub-discipline direction are elaborated from three aspects:the structured knowledge system of railway safety science,the safety technology system of railway systems,and the intersection and integration of safety science and new railway technologies.
