摘 要:固-液混合燃料的物理稳定性对于燃料的质量和安全性均有重要的意义。高温环境引发的易挥发液体组分的气化将对燃料的物理稳定性产生极为复杂的影响。通过自主设计的实验装置模拟、加速燃料物理稳定性改变,并分别从液体燃料析出及密度分布变化趋势,分析高温环境因素的作用。结果表明:自然堆垛状态下燃料的顶部受饱和蒸汽压的改变影响较大,而中部、底部则由于燃料的紧密堆积,形成各自独立的气液平衡。同时,液体燃料于高温环境中对固体的润湿效果随之增强,更有利于液体组分完成对固体颗粒的吸附。在303~333 K的温度条件下,固液体积比为1.25∶1,硝基甲烷占液体组分40%的固-液混合燃料保持最佳的物理稳定性。The physical stability of solid-liquid mixed fuels is of great significance for the quality and safety of the fuel.The volatile liquid components caused by high-temperature environments will have extremely complex effects on the physical stability of fuels.This article simulates and accelerates the changes in fuel physical stability through self-designed experimental devices,and analyzes the role of high-temperature factors based on the trends of liquid fuel precipitation and density distribution.The results indicate that the top of the fuel in a natural stacking state is greatly affected by saturated vapor pressure,while the middle and bottom form independent gas-liquid equilibria.The wetting effect of liquid fuel on solids increases in high-temperature environments,which is conducive to the adsorption of liquid components on solid particles.The solid-liquid mixture fuel with a solid-liquid volume ratio of 1.25∶1 and nitromethane accounting for 40%of the liquid component maintains the best physical stability under the temperature conditions of 303~333 K.
