摘  要:电磁轨道发射器在工作过程中,大电流产生的焦耳热会造成电枢与轨道烧蚀、磨损以及刨削等各种形式的损伤,严重影响电磁轨道发射器的使用寿命。为缓解四轨电磁发射器的热损伤问题,研究保护电枢的方法,探究四轨电磁发射器的热生成机理,本文通过理论建模和有限元仿真的方法,研究了大电流产生的焦耳热造成电枢与轨道烧蚀、磨损以及刨削等各种形式的损伤,对四轨电磁发射器电枢与轨道的焦耳热特性进行了研究,通过仿真,分析对比了不同涂层材料的焦耳热特性并与普通电枢进行比较,提出了一种基于电枢涂层的四轨电磁发射器热抑制措施,研究了涂层厚度对热抑制效果的影响,为缓解四轨电磁发射器的热损伤问题,提高使用寿命,提供了参考。The Joule heat produced by high current will cause armature and rail erosion,abrasion and planning damage in the course of working,which will seriously affect the service life of electromagnetic rail launcher.In order to mitigate the thermal damage of four-rail electromagnetic launcher,the method of protecting armature and the thermal generation mechanism of four-rail electromagnetic launcher are studied,the joule heat damage of armature and track caused by high current is studied,such as ablation,wear and planning.The Joule thermal characteristics of different coating materials were analyzed and compared with that of common armature,and a thermal suppression method based on armature coating for four-rail electromagnetic launcher was proposed.In order to alleviate the thermal damage of the four-rail electromagnetic launcher and improve its service life,the reference is provided.
