摘  要:工厂A建设1座110kV总降变电站,由110千伏变电站B出1回110kV电源线路供电,线路长度约100km。由于长线路,且工厂A用电负荷远低于初期预估及规划数值,输电线路长期处于轻载运行状态,导致输电线路在运行中存在“容升效应”。项目自投运以来,110kV总降变功率因数不能够满足国家电网功率因数≥0.9的要求,电能质量差。本文通过分析长线路、低负荷导致功率因数低的原因,设计方案提高功率因数达到0.9以上。Plant A has built A 110kV total drop substation,which is powered by 110kV substation B once and again with a 110kV power supply line with a line length of about 100km.Due to the long line,and the power load of factory A is far lower than the initial estimated and planned value,the transmission line is in the state of light load operation for a long time,resulting in the"capacity rise effect"in the operation of the transmission line.Since the project has been put into operation,the 110kVtotal reduced variable power factor can not meet the requirement of power factor≥0.9 of the national power grid,and the power quality is poor,so it has been penalized by the power grid company.This paper analyzes the reasons of low power factor caused by long lines and low load,and designs a scheme to improve the power factor to more than 0.9.
