摘 要:针对当前电力倒闸调度工作中存在时效性差的问题,提出并实现了一个多用途的电力倒闸操作智能平台。该平台具有三种不同的显示方式,能够以监控方式显示具体倒闸操作流程,同时可以快速获得电力系统中各设备状态信息。在此基础上,通过软件、硬件的设计与研发,建立了一套能够独立运行的线路倒闸操作网络模型,可以对线路进行倒闸操作的监视。为了验证该系统的性能,以STM32单片机为主控芯片,通过对110 kV某变电站线路进行倒闸操作进行测试。测试结果表明,该系统能够对变电站倒闸操作进行安全监测,提高了电力系统的运行安全水平。In response to the problem of poor timeliness in current power switching scheduling work,a multi-purpose intelligent platform for power switching operation has been proposed and implemented.This platform has three different display methods,which can display the specific switching operation process in a monitoring manner,and can quickly obtain the status information of various equipment in the power system.On this basis,through the design and development of software and hardware,a set of independent line switching operation network model has been established,which can monitor the switching operation of the line.In order to verify the performance of the system,the STM32 microcontroller was used as the main control chip to test the switching operation of a 110 kV substation line.The test results indicate that the system can safely monitor the switching operation of substations,improving the operational safety level of the power system.
