摘　　要：随着针刺治疗癌症相关病症的临床研究数量的增加,已有一定的研究证据支持针刺在部分癌症相关病症的治疗应用。该文在对已有证据简要介绍的基础上,提出了现阶段存在的一些问题,主要包括临床研究质量较低、针刺的整体性治疗作用评估不足,以及国内临床研究结果的应用不足等,并进一步针对这几个主要问题对未来研究方向进行了探讨。With the increase in the number of clinical studies on acupuncture for cancer-related conditions,there has been some research evidence to support the therapeutic application of acupuncture in some cancer-related conditions.Based on a brief introduction of the existing evidence,this paper presents some problems at this stage,mainly including the low quality of clinical studies,the insufficient assessment of the holistic therapeutic role of acupuncture,and the insufficient application of the results of domestic clinical studies,and further discusses future research directions with regard to these major problems.
